The University of Sarajevo promotes 42 Doctors of Science on Thursday!
The promotion of the Doctor of Science of the University of Sarajevo will be held on Thursday, 16 December 2021, at 13:00 at the National Theater Sarajevo (Obala Kulina bana 9), in compliance with all applicable epidemiological protection measures.
Prof. Dr. Rifat Škrijelj, University of Sarajevo Rector, Vice-Rectors the University of Sarajevo and Deans will promote 42 candidates for the honor of Doctor of Science.
Aiming towards the knowledge society, the University of Sarajevo will promote: 9 candidates for the doctorate of technical sciences, 5 candidates for the doctorate of medical sciences, 4 candidates for the doctorate of law, 3 candidates for the doctorate of linguistics, 2 candidates for the doctorate of political science, administrative, literary-historical and chemical sciences, and 1 candidate each for the degree of Doctor of Social Work, Doctor of Science in Sports and Physical Education, and Doctor of Economics, Security, Islamic, Social, Health, Pharmaceutical, Educational, Agricultural, Food Technology, biological, veterinary sciences.
The ceremony is organized as part of the celebration of the 72nd Anniversary of the University of Sarajevo and the Ceremonial December Days of UNSA.
