UNSA Faculty Political Sciences - Index TV is starting to work

The installation and testing of equipment for starting the work of the student television studio – Index TV has been successfully completed.

Third Year Students Section Communicology/Journalist UNSA Faculty of Political Sciences will as part of exercises from TV journalism in the summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024, have the opportunity to try to work in realistic conditions – like those who will welcome them in the labor market, making their skills significantly improved.

This kind of improvement in the education of future communicologists and media professionals is an imperative of the modern information and communication environment. Benefits of establishing a television study for students are first reflected in the improvement of their knowledge and skills, but also the competencies of teaching staff. This further narrows the space for criticism of the lack of practical teaching in higher education institutions, and at the same time prepares a better quality staff to pursue the profession of communicologists, journalists or public relations experts.

The establishment of a television study for students was realized as part of a research project “Adaptation of the practical teaching of students of communism: the establishment of a television study”, co-financed by Ministry for Science, Higher Education and Youth CS.
