Ambassador of Indonesia Visited University of Sarajevo Rector

Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to BiH, H. E. Amelia Achmad Yani visited the University of Sarajevo on 18 January 2018, and met with the Rector, Prof. Dr. Rifat Škrijelj.
Along with the words of the welcome, Rector Škrijelj presented the history and development of the University of Sarajevo, emphasizing the universality of the University covering humanistic, social, medical, natural, mathematical, biotechnical and technical sciences and arts.
During the meeting, the importance of interuniversity cooperation was emphasized, as well as opportunities for academic cooperation between the University of Sarajevo and universities in Indonesia, especially with the University of Indonesia (Jakarta), the University of Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta) and the Bandung Institute of Technology.
