Hifa-Oil Group Executive Director gave a lecture on “Corporate Governance” at the Faculty of Management UNSA

On 21 December 2021, at the Faculty of Administration of the University of Sarajevo, as part of the course “Project Management”, a guest lecture “Corporate Governance” was held by Doz. Dr. Venan Hadžiselimović, Executive Director of Hifa-Oil Group.

Assistant Professor Hadžiselimović spoke about what corporations and corporate governance in general are and whether there is a functioning corporate governance system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. An example of the functioning of the Hifa-Oil Group will be cited as an example of corporate governance.

In addition, Assistant Professor Hadžiselimović emphasized the importance of four characteristics and the context of corporate governance, and the main reasons for introducing or improving the principles of corporate governance.
