The signing of a cooperation agreement between the University of Sarajevo and the Employment Service of the Sarajevo Canton, the Chamber of Commerce of the Sarajevo Canton and the Association of Employers of the Sarajevo Canton is scheduled for Wednesday, 19 December 2018, at 10:00 in the University of Sarajevo Rectorate (Obala Kulina bana 7/II).

After the adoption of the new Law on Higher Education in Sarajevo Canton, the University of Sarajevo has taken a number of steps that will ultimately ensure better integration of the University with the labor market.
The Law on Higher Education envisages the instigating of cooperation between the University of Sarajevo and the Employment Service of the Sarajevo Canton, the Chamber of Commerce of the Sarajevo Canton and the Association of Employers of Sarajevo Canton, because of the need to obtain information and to provide opportunities for practical training in legal entities in the public and private sectors , as well as working together on adapting learning outcomes to the needs of the labor market.
