Agreement on cooperation of special importance signed between the Federal Police Administration and the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies UNSA
On 28/10/2021, the signing of the Agreement on Cooperation of Special Importance between the Federal Police Administration and the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies of the University of Sarajevo was held in Sarajevo. The agreement was signed by the Deputy Director of the Federal Police Administration, Mr. Ensad Korman, and the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies Dean, Prof. Dr. Jasmin Ahić.
The Agreement establishes cooperation of special importance between the Federal Police Administration and the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies and is of great importance for the Faculty, since after many years the cooperation was finally institutionalized in this way and created a legal framework for improvement and the development of our mutual relations.
The signatories, guided by the desire and need to establish mutual cooperation in the field of science, education and profession, are ready for effective cooperation that will contribute to the exchange of experiences and knowledge. The agreement confirms the joint commitment and interest in improving cooperation in the field of education and scientific research.
The Agreement defines the manner of cooperation which is reflected in the exchange of academic and professional staff, development of programs for their improvement, encouragement of activities of common interest, organization of scientific research activities, conferences, symposia, seminars and workshops. The agreement defines the exchange of journals, publications and textbooks and other professional material on the basis of reciprocity, as well as the development of joint research projects. The Parties shall, with full respect for copyright and the protection of personal data, take into account which analyzes or other professional works and to what extent they may make available to the public and other competent authorities.
