Academic recognition in accordance with the provisions of the Lisbon Recognition Convention

As part of the implementation of the Erasmus+ STINT project, a workshop on academic recognition practices at all BH higher education institutions were held on Wednesday, 7 February 2018. The lecturers at this workshop were Dr. Jelena Starcevic from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska and Dženan Omanović from the Center for Information and Recognition of Documents in Higher Education.
The lecture included mobility and enhancement of academic and professional recognition through the exchange of information on Member States' education systems, the exchange of information on foreign education systems, diplomas, and qualifications issued in other regions of the world and the dissemination of good recognition practices in accordance with the provisions of the Lisbon Convention on Recognition (LRC).
At the workshop were invited representatives of the UNSA organizational units dealing with academic recognition activities. This workshop was an opportunity to exchange experiences and present the problems they encounter.
