A Subar walking hike on the occasion of the “Student Humanitarian Fund” Founding
The UNSA Students’ Parliament and the University of Sarajevo organize a hike to Subar (1820 m), one of the highest Visocica peaks, on the occasion of the establishment of the Student Humanitarian Fund.
The transport is provided, and the gathering and departure of the participants are to take place from the University of Sarajevo Campus on Saturday, 21 October 2017 at 7:45. The return is planned on the same day in the afternoon.
Safety information: The route is not technically demanding and there is no mine risk.
Tour’s Technical difficulty of the tour: 1 - Light winter or summer tours without aids.
The conditional requirements of the tours: b - Less demanding high mountain tours for a total duration of up to 4 h with a height difference of up to 500 meters.
Equipment: Standard hiking gear adapted to weather conditions. Spare equipment needed.
OBLIGATORY: food and drinks (minimum 1.5l of liquid).
Participation for students is 5 BAM, and for employees of the University of Sarajevo is 10 BAM. Representatives of student associations / councils are in charge of collecting participations in organizational units.
