Scholarships Awarded to Extraordinary Talented Islamic Faculties Students

On 20 February 2020, the Islamic Community Riaset in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) signed special scholarship agreements for the current academic year with extraordinary talented Islamic Faculties students.
The Riyaset awarded a total of 15 scholarships, 12 of which were awarded to specially gifted students of Islamic Community faculties from Bosnia and Herzegovina who achieved an average of over 9.50 or were students of a generation who had enrolled in their first year of study.
Directorate for Education and Science of the Islamic Community in BiH Director, Dr. Dževad Hodžić emphasized that areas where are knowledge-seekers - the future of Islam and Muslims, are considered to be the most important part of their field of activity.
“You are with certainty the future of our homeland and our society, and of the Islamic community, both personally and at the Riyaset level, I advocate that concept and that approach in which investing in science, knowledge, education and youth is the most needed and significant investment,” said Dr. Hodžić.
Prof. Dr. Zuhdija Hasanović, Faculty of Islamic Sciences in Sarajevo Dean, expressed his great pleasure that Riyaset IZ in BiH recognizes year after year the efforts of students who are constantly investing in their knowledge and that it helps them on their path to acquiring knowledge.
