International Fraud Awareness Week in BiH
As a current topic in our daily lives, corruption and fraud will have an impact on our future. The answer to the question “What kind?” is our sole responsibility.
Driven by the desire to raise awareness of the importance of the fight against financial crime and fraud, this November, Deloitte BiH, in cooperation with numerous partners, will hold three online events in which it will, in active cooperation with eminent experts and partners from various fields, open a dialogue on numerous topics that are closely related to potentially corrupt behavior.
This international initiative will be marked for the second time in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of opening a dialogue on the following topics:
- the role of public audits in detecting fraud,
- the importance of the level of transparency, corporate governance and the role of public auditors in the operation of public companies,
- the importance and future of cyber security in our country,
- and the impact of corruption on future leaders of Bosnia and Herzegovina - young people.
Important to note at this time is that caring for the health of all participants, and respecting all epidemiological measures and recommendations in force, all events planned as part of this year's International Fraud Awareness Week will be held in a virtual environment.
