CEO Workshop “Leaders Eat Last” Held

The Faculty of Economics, and the project “Career and Entrepreneurship Opportunities”, the largest regional event for young people, organized a workshop titled “Leaders Eat Last.”  The workshop was held on Saturday, 9 February 2019, at the premises of the Faculty under the auspices of the Institute for Youth Development KULT. This was the first in a series of planned workshops under the CEO Conference in 2019 under the slogan "The Power of Choice".
The workshop started with an introductory speech by Anesa Hrnjić, CEO of the Project Manager and Head of the EFSA Career Center, highlighting the importance of youth education for better positioning in the market and development of the BiH economy and announced the main event of the CEO conference in April with a message of continuous skills building during and after formal education.
The participants subsequently had the opportunity to listen to an interactive lecture with practical exercises held by Jasmin Bešić, director of the Institute for Youth Development KULT. He emphasized the concept of leadership as selfless sharing with others and as action through works - not words! After explaining the symbolism of this workshop, he also emphasized the vision as an essential factor of success through a practical exercise where participants had the opportunity to write their most important goals in life and to realize that "a vision without action is just a dream." He finished a lecture with the message that "man can accomplish everything he can imagine."
Coca-Cola HBC-BH's Ines Jozić presented the Business Case Study Challenge for students and also announced a social gathering in the company in the company where all Case Study participants can see how one day looks at Coca-Cola Bottle and meet up with directors. He also announced the selection for this year's Coke Summership as well as the former participant who is now part of the company, and also a proud student of the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo, Enis Papić. Through the simulation of the game of life he presented his experience as well as progress through the Coca-Cola team and for the end emphasized the importance of leadership skills as well as the proper management of that.
The next part of the workshop was held through an interactive game with the club through which the participants met each other and chose their leader in life. CEO PR Manager Aldijana Beganović concluded this game with the message that "if you do what you like, you will be successful no matter who your leader is in life."
Adnan Baručija, marketing director of the tourist agency Solazur & Buenavista, completed a workshop on the importance of staying in the homeland, as well as the advantages of traveling and meeting other nations and cultures, and announced the next workshop to be held in March under the slogan "Meet the World and Return Home ".
CEO Conference is a project that changes the vision and perspective of the future, creates confidence and almost completely changes the attitudes of participants in achieving their own success and career development and has over the past seven years gained the attention of the whole region and has gathered more than 300 companies, 150 speakers and 10,000 participants.
