“Multilingualism in the Mesnevia Jalaluddin Rumi" Book Promotion

The University of Sarajevo invites you at promotion of a book by Dr. Munir Drkić “Multilingualism in Rumi’s Mesnevia.“ The event will take place in the University of Sarajevo Ceremonial Hall (Obala Kulina bana 7/II, Sarajevo) on Thursday, 29 March 2018 at 11:00.

The introductory speech will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Rifat Škrijelj, University of Sarajevo Rector. The book will be promoted by:

• Prof. Dr. Elma Dizdar
• Prof Dr. Đenita Haverić and
• Doc. Dr. Munir Drkić.

In Tehran in early 2018, in the presence of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ruhani, Dr. Drkić’s book “Multilingualism in Rumi’s Mesnevia” won the Farabi Award in tight competition with 27 Iranian and six foreign authors.
Dr. Drkić’s book was published by the "Ibn Sina” Research Institute in Sarajevo in cooperation with the UNSA Faculty of Philosophy.
