  • For courses offered by the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics, please see their module catalogue. Please select "Courses in English available for exchange students" and the semester from the drop-down menu. For your information, courses with the following codes are undergraduate courses: M.184.2xxx and M.184.3xxx and courses with the following codes are Masters courses: M.184.4xxx and M.184.5xxx. Here you can also find additional information (about content, exams, etc.) and the number of ECTS that can be achieved by passing the courses.
  • To check the courses the other faculties are offering, please have a look at our course catalogue. You can find the course catalogue here. First click on “Menu” at the right corner, then choose course catalogue in the middle on the left side. After that, you either have to choose the semester and then "Courses in English” and can  then select the faculty or department. Or if you want to take German taught courses you directly have to choose the faculty. At the moment you can find the course catalogue for current summer semester 2025.  We do not yet have the course catalogue for the coming winter term. It will be published in July 2025. If you cannot wait until it is published, you will have to use the catalogue for the last winter semester 2024/25, as the courses offered are similar from winter to winter semester and from summer to summer semester, although we cannot guarantee that all courses will be offered again.
  • For courses offered by the Faculty of Arts and Humanities it is possible to achieve 3 or 6 ECTS. It depends on the kind of exam chosen and the workload therefore. There are some exceptions (like introduction courses) the students will only receive 3 ECTS for. To find more information, please have a look here. When you are choosing courses please have a look if it is a course offered for Bachelor or Master students. You can find that information when clicking on the course. On the bottom of the information you find the modules the course belongs to. If it says “BA-…” it is a Bachelor course and “MA-…” it is a Master course or you can find the information in the course offering details.

If your students want to learn or improve their German I want to recommend our two German courses we offer especially for exchange and international students:

  • The Crash Course German takes place before the official start of the semester (in March and September), lessons are held 4 (or 5) times a week for 4 (or 3) weeks. It has 80 teaching units and you are able to achieve 5 ECTS. We offer classes for the language level A1 to B2.1, if applicable also B2.2.
  • The Semester Course German takes place during the lecturer period. It has 120 teaching units and your are able to achieve 8 ECTS. We offer classes for the language level A1 to B2.1, if applicable also B2.2. More information you will find here.
  • During the semester we also offer German Courses for specific purposes for B2/C1. More information you will find here.

Stipendija

Odabrani učesnici će dobiti finansijsku podršku u iznosu od:

  • 850 € x broj mjeseci (za troškove života)
  • 275 € (za putne troškove)

Napomena:
Erasmus+ stipendija obično ne pokriva sve troškove mobilnosti, već predstavlja samo finansijski doprinos. Ukoliko vaša mobilnost bude odobrena, početne troškove, poput troškova vize, putovanja, smještaja i ostalih, snosite sami unaprijed. Stipendija se isplaćuje po dolasku na odredište.

Način prijave:
Prijavu šaljete putem emaila na erasmus@unsa.ba. Slanje štampanih dokumenata nije potrebno. U naslovu emaila obavezno navedite naziv institucije za koju se prijavljujete.

  1. Nominacijsko pismo
    • Student ispunjava tražene informacije i dostavlja prodekanu, koji dokument postavlja na zvanični format i potpisuje i vraća studentu.
  2. Prepis ocjena
    • U ovoj fazi prijave nije potrebno dostaviti prepis ocjena na engleskom jeziku (ukoliko ga možete dobiti bez dodatnih troškova, možete dostaviti obje verzije).

Važno:

  • Obavezno koristite samo formulare sa navedenog linka.
  • Stare verzije ili drugi formati formulara neće biti prihvaćeni.

NAPOMENE (obavezno pročitati):

U ovoj fazi potrebno je dostaviti tražene dokumente u skladu s uputama navedenim u konkursu. Nakon što budete zvanično nominovani prema inostranoj instituciji, bićete obaviješteni o daljnjim koracima i dodatnim dokumentima koje ćete trebati pripremiti.

Napominjemo da:

  • Ne možete se prijavljivati na više konkursa istovremeno. Ukoliko ne budete odabrani na prvom konkursu, a budu otvoreni konkursi za druge destinacije, moći ćete se ponovo prijaviti.
  • Prednost pri rangiranju i odabiru (uz ispunjenje osnovnih uslova) imaju kandidati koji:
    • Prvi put apliciraju (odnosno kojima bi ovo bila prva mobilnost);
    • Imaju manji broj realizovanih mobilnosti (u slučaju da svi kandidati imaju prethodno iskustvo);
    • Dolaze s članica Univerziteta u Sarajevu koje bilježe manji broj mobilnosti (u slučaju jednakog broja prethodnih iskustava).

Imajte na umu da, pored navedenih kriterija, finalnu odluku o odabiru donosi inostrana institucija domaćin.

Dodatne napomene:

  • Više puta se desilo da emailovi inostranih institucija završe u spam/junk folderu vašeg emaila. Redovno provjeravajte sve foldere u svom inboxu.
  • Nepotpune prijave ili netačno ispunjeni dokumenti (bez potpisa odgovornih osoba, korištenjem neispravnih formulara ili poslani van zadanih rokova) neće biti prihvaćeni.
