Signed Agreement on Cooperation between the Institute for Health and Food Safety and the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Science, UNSA

During the meeting, the Director of Mandra and the Dean of Brka signed the Agreement on Cooperation between the Institute for Health and Food Safety and the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Science, UNSA.

The Agreement envisages the intensification of inter-institutional cooperation in the field of food safety, agricultural production, scientific research and development of professional staff capacities.

The cooperation will include possible future joint projects in the field of food quality control, veterinary services, student education through professional practice at the Institute, as well as the exchange of knowledge and experience between the scientific and professional staff of both institutions.

Areas of cooperation

Representatives of the Institute and the Faculty discussed the possibilities of joint work on projects related to food safety, agricultural production, veterinary medicine and public health.

Special emphasis was placed on the need to strengthen the capacities of local institutions through scientific research projects and continuing education programs.

Director Mandra emphasized the importance of this agreement for the Institute and the Zenica-Doboj Canton, emphasizing that cooperation with the academic community contributes to improving the quality of services that the Institute provides to citizens.
