Jorge Parente, successor of Zygmunt Molik, gave a lecture at the Academy of Performing Arts UNSA

The University of Sarajevo Academy of Performing Arts (ASU) organized an open discussion yesterday at the Open Stage Obala with guest lecturer actor, director and vocal pedagogue Jorge Parente from Paris. He is the only successor to the methodology of the famous actor, researcher and stage pedagogue Zygmunt Molik, who was also the co-founder of the Jerzy Grotowski Theatre Laboratorium from Wroclaw, Poland. The discussion was open to all interested actors, singers and stage artists, and was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tanja Miletić Oručević from the Department of Dramaturgy of the ASU UNSA. Over the next three days, third and fourth year students of the Master's degree in Acting, as well as teachers from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, will explore the Voice and Body_Molik Parente methodology through a series of master classes at the ASU. This collaboration, initiated by Assoc. Alma Ferović Fazlić with ASU has a special significance, as it connects students from the aforementioned countries, as well as teachers from art academies, which opens up space for regional cooperation and the development of a common cultural space and contributes to the process of internationalization. The project was implemented with the support of the French Institute in Serbia and the Teatroskop program, which were initiated by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the French Ministry of Culture and the French Institute in Paris, the Federal Ministry of Education and Science and the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports. In cooperation with the Academy of Performing Arts UNSA, the project was organized by the artistic organizations "iMTM Sarajevo" and "Četveroruka" from Croatia, led by director and associate professor from the Academy of Dramatic Arts (ADU) of the University of Zagreb Marina Petković Liker.
