Agreement on Cooperation between the Bosniak Institute and the Institute for the Research of Crimes against Humanity and International Law UNSA Signed

Potpisan Sporazum o saradnji između Bošnjačkog instituta i Instituta za istraživanje zločina protiv čovječnosti i međunarodnog prava UNSA

On 6 May  2026, an Agreement on Cooperation between the Bosniak Institute and the University of Sarajevo – Institute for the Research of Crimes against Humanity and International Law was signed at the premises of the Bosniak Institute – Adil Zulfikarpašić Foundation.

 

The Agreement was signed by Amina Rizvanbegović Džuvić, Director of the Bosniak Institute, and Dr. Sc. Muamer Džananović, Director of the Institute for the Research of Crimes against Humanity and International Law.

 

This agreement represents the foundation for future projects and improved cooperation, with the common goal of creating new initiatives and programs. The subject of the Cooperation Agreement is the establishment and improvement of mutual cooperation in the implementation of scientific and research activities of mutual interest, through joint planning and implementation of scientific and research projects, exchange of knowledge, experiences and professional resources, organization and support for the organization of conferences, forums, round tables, cultural events, education, meetings, exhibitions, promotions and other scientific and professional gatherings, cooperation in the field of archival, library and publishing activities, as well as the development of other forms of institutional and academic cooperation of mutual interest.

 

The first joint activity is planned for the beginning of July 2026 as part of the commemoration of the anniversary of the genocide against Bosniaks in and around Srebrenica.
