Subar Climb marked the beginning the “Students Humanitarian Fund”
Upon establishing the “Student Humanitarian Fund”, University of Sarajevo’s Secretariat and Students’ Parliament, on Saturday 21 October 2017, organized a climbing at Subar (elevation: 1820 m), one of the Visocica Mountain peaks.
“The occasion for such nice gathering of UNSA students and employees has been used to mark the start of the Students Humanitarian Fund. The message of today's gathering is the propagation of peace, unity and progress through the acquaintance of the beauty of our homeland of Bosnia and Herzegovina” was stated by the UNSA Students’ Parliament.
In the climbing that had been organized to mark the starting of the “Students Humanitarian Fund”, more than 200 UNSA students participated together with Prof. Dr. Rifat Skrijelj, Rector, Prof. Dr. Izet Radjo, Vice Rector for Research, academician Dr. Dejan Milosevic, UNSA Science and Arts Council Chair, Mirza Ibrahimovic, Student Vice-Rector, Merim Serdarevic, UNSA SPUS President and Teachers and UNSA faculty members.
