Cooperation between the Ministry of Transport of KS and the Faculty of Transport and Communications: It is necessary to bring the theory and practice closer

Minister of Transport of the Sarajevo Canton, Adi Kalem and UNSA Faculty of Transport and Communications Dean, Doz. Dr. Amel Kosovac signed the Protocol on Business-Technical Cooperation, which defines the basics of cooperation between the Ministry and the Faculty through greater approximation of practice and theory in all types of traffic. The focus of cooperation will be on improving the functioning of public transport in KS, and planning and development of transport through numerous segments of its organization and functioning.
The common goal is to work on improving students' knowledge through concrete applications from practice, joint development and improvement of practical teaching in subjects of all types of traffic. Scientific research and cooperation in the professional development of employees of the Ministry of Transport will also be part of their future cooperation.
As pointed out in the Protocol, the goals of improvement are defined through the improvement of education and emphasis on market needs, as well as the work and practical training of students in solving challenges and problems in the real sector.
Dean Kosovac emphasized that this Faculty has been educating staff in the field of traffic and communications for five decades.
