Erasmus+ project “Next destination Balkans: Agricultural landscapes development" Info day (LANDS) will be held on Wednesday, 18 July 2018, at 11:00 am, at the UNSA Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences.
The University of Sarajevo is a partner in the Erasmus project “Next destination Balkans: Agricultural landscapes development“(LANDS) coordinated by the High Agricultural School of Prokuplje from Serbia. The project includes the University of Banja Luka, the University “Džemal Bijedić” in Mostar, Regional Development Agency for Herzegovina REDAH, Sarajevo Regional Development Agency SERDA, High Business and Technical School of Vocational Studies in Užice (Serbia), High Tourism School of Vocational Studies in Belgrade ), Regional Development Agency Niš (Serbia), Regional Development Agency Zlatibor (Serbia), Western Balkan Institute (Serbia), University Primorska (Slovenia), Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra (Slovakia), Transylvania University of Athens (Greece).
The aim of the project is to build capacity in higher education so it has an active role in the development of a society that strives to improve the quality of life in rural areas through the diversification of the rural economy and through the creation and accreditation of a number of professional courses in the field of agrotourism; strengthening the teaching and pedagogical skills of academic staff in order to train educators in the field of agrotourism and rural economics through the use of information-communication technologies and the improvement of competences and competences (including information-communication technologies) of agri-tourism educators.
