Cooperation is a central concept for the post-2020 programming period. This COVID-19 pandemic is increasingly emerging as a disruptive and volatile crisis. Therefore, it has become even more important to join forces and try to find common solutions to our generational challenges.
Plenary and thematic sessions will focus on the digital and green transition, the regional response to the COVID-19 crisis, macro-regional cooperation on the EU's post-2020 strategic and legal framework, a new methodology for enlargement and the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans, and recovery cultural and creative industries in the region.
