The facade at the Academy of Performing Arts building will be completed this month, with interior works to follow

The Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Mario Nenadić, the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of KS Anis Krivić, representatives of the Institute for Construction of KS and UNDP, as the implementer of the project talked about the continuation of the project of building the Academy of Performing Arts on 6 July 2020.
Works on the facade at the Academy building are in progress, which will be completed by the end of this month. As announced, construction and craft works inside the building will begin in August, which will last for the next seven months.
The total value of the project for the construction of the Academy building is estimated at around 32 million BAM. About 14 million BAM have been set aside for the works so far, and an additional 16.8 million KM needs to be provided for the completion.
The Prime Minister discussed with the participants the possibilities of rationalizing the project budget, especially the possibility to try to secure part of the funds necessary for the completion of this important project through public-private partnership as well as an appropriate acceptable form of commercialization.
This will be discussed with the representatives of the Academy in the coming days.
