COST program Information event held

The University of Sarajevo Rectorate in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH organized an informative event on the COST program, which was held on Wednesday, 17 April 2019.
The event was opened by Prof. Dr. Dženana Husremović, Vice-Rector for Research at the University of Sarajevo. Prof. Dr. Sierd Cloetingh, COST Chairman spoke about promoting and expanding the excellence of research. Mr. Bart Veyes, COST Policy Coordinator, spoke about the impact through networking, and the participation in COST actions and the submission of the proposal was presented by Dr. Fatima Bouchama, COST Research Associate.
This was an opportunity for University of Sarajevo employees to be informed about the possibilities for participation of individuals in COST, a program of European cooperation in science and technology.
COST - European Network for Science and Technology Cooperation - was founded in 1971 and is the oldest European framework for interstate cooperation between researchers, engineers and scientists from European countries, in all fields of science and technology, including social and humanistic sciences.
