“Is it possible to paint everyday night at the end of the 19th and early 20th centuries in Bosnia and Herzegovina through the voice of the woman who found her rights? The woman who has led to the court before court? Legally, those who tried to the same deceit, the ones who were abused, the ones who was disenfranchised, the ones who stole it? How much was the preaching of that transitional period in Bosnia and Herzegovina? How did it manage to fend off everyday obligations, the expectations of society and the existing legal framework? These are the questions that this monograph is trying to respond, relying on historical sources, which testifies to specific examples, non-imaginary, not imaginary, but to those with name And the surname, realistic problem through a concrete event from their lives” stated the author in the introduction of the book.
In revieing, Doz. Ehlimana Memišević states that focusing on women, this book offers a comprehensive analysis of their position in extremely difficult time of the company's transformation as well as the legal system and reflecting these transformations in reality. Including the presence of women not only in private but also in public space and law, it reveals existing but also new challenges and the way women sought to respond as active participants in public and private life.
Dr. Dženita Sarac-Rujanac said in her expose the following “Based on the primary archival material, the court writings speak of women who have been in a break of two centuries. The judicial writings that Dr. Younis found talk about real women, those with the name and surname. They talk about their life At the same time, at the same time as the adversary and the problems they encountered just in court.
