Lecture by the Registrar of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the Human Rights Clinic Delivered

On Wednesday, 6 November 2019, Mr. Zvonko Mijan, Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Registrar delivered a lecture within the Human Rights Clinic organized by the Faculty of Law in cooperation with the Council of Europe Office in Sarajevo.
Mr. Mijan’s lecture at the Clinic dealt with the issue of exhaustion of domestic remedies as one of the criteria for admissibility of a claim before the European Court of Human Rights.
The Clinic is being implemented within the project “Legal Security and Effective Justice Initiative in BiH” and with the financial support of the Government of the Kingdom of Norway.
