A Trilateral MOU Signed
A Memorandum of Understanding between University of Sarajevo, BiH and FITT – Foundation of Innovation, technology and know-how Transfer, Tuzla, BiH and
Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship gGmbH, München, Deutschland was signed on 8 June 2018.
The Memo was signed by UNSA Rector, Prof. Dr. Rifat Škrijelj, Muamer Babajić, FITT and SCE director, Prof. Dr. Klaus Sailer thus establishing trilateral cooperation in knowledge, technologies, entrepreneurship startup and other support transfer.
As it was declared, the purpose of signing this MOU is to establish the cooperation between the three parties in the field of Know-how transfer, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, start-up-support and other activities which can be provided by the parties. This Memorandum of Understanding is made between the three parties for the purpose of promoting cooperation and further developing the friendly relationship between the three institutions.
SCE is an entrepreneurship center, located in Munich, with the goal to nurture entrepreneurial thinking and action through education and business start-up support measures, whereas FITT – Foundation for Innovation, Technology and Knowledge transfer is an independent organization whose purpose is primarily to and support young people in the field of robotics, technological and social innovation. DKR transfers Know-How and provides applicable training in advanced technologies like automation and robotics.
University of Sarajevo presents the programs of FITT/SCE to the faculties of University and support co-creation activities between interested professors and FITT/SCE. It helps to scout motivated students, who are interested in robotics and/or in entrepreneurial projects and helps them to increase quality together with CEE-FREIRAUM.
The signing ceremony was attended by CEE Freiraum CEO, Ismail Šehić and University of Sarajevo Vice-Rectors: Prof. Drs. Maida Čohodar Husić, Dženana Husremović, Aleksandra Nikolić and Prof. Zijad Mehić.
