Concerts Students on Stage marked November!
Within the UNSA Music Academy concert season 2018/2019 in November, several rich musical events were organized. These events aimed at offering high-quality musical experience to the Sarajevo public. From the November concerts, two educational concerts from the famous cycle “Students on Stage” were especially highlighted.
Students on Stage I was held on 14 November at the Secondary School Music School in Sarajevo. The performers were students: Nejla Komar (violoncello), Emina Ćatović (cello), Selma Hrenovica (violoncello), Erol Ramadanović (baritone), Amna Hujić (violin), Nadir Hosić (piano), Jasmin Avdagić (marimba), Dario Kos (vibraphone), and artistic associates Milan Lucić (piano) and Adela Šabić (piano).
Students on Stage II was held in the November’s third week (November 21st), also at the Sarajevo Music School. The performers were the following students: Maira Isaković (violin), Ana Šapina (piano), Danijel Marić (violin), Ariana Piknjač (flute), Petra Tokić (flute), Marijana Čutura (flute), Sonja Međugorac (flute), and artistic associates Dženana Hadžić (piano) and Amila Čengić Musić (piano).
That the quality, effort and work of students and their professors did not go unnoticed showed the attendance of the concerts and the fullness of the hall to the last place, as well as the visits of primary and secondary school students from Sarajevo Canton to replace the music culture lessons with the aforementioned concerts.
