Prof. Dr. Teofil Gavrić and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dženan Hadžić, employees of the UNSA Faculty of Agriculture and Food Science, as partners within the VETERANS project (VETERANS project, "Educational Program - VET for Energy and Environment - Capacity Building in the Western Balkans"), visited and stayed in the Republic of Romania, in the municipalities of Petrila, Petronaši and Deva (Hunedoara County, Transylvania Region).

As part of institutional cooperation with partner institutions from the EU (Romania, Greece), and partner countries of the Western Balkans (Montenegro and Kosovo), we had the opportunity to participate in a five-day workshop on the development of innovative curricula and programs for education in the green energy sector during a five-day stay under the auspices of the ERRASMUS+ program. This included visits to educational and administrative institutions, public and private companies to exchange experiences and practices, and promote cooperation between them.

Also, the hosts made an effort to present the local ethno and cultural-historical heritage from a tourist, social, industrial and gastronomic aspect.
