UNSA Faculty of Transport and Communications Successfully Implemented Quality Measurement Activities for the Universal Postal Service in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2025

Fakultet za saobraćaj i komunikacije UNSA uspješno realizovao aktivnosti mjerenja kvaliteta univerzalne poštanske usluge u BiH za 2025. godinu

The University of Sarajevo Faculty of Transport and Communications successfully implemented the quality measurement activities for the universal postal service in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the framework of a project carried out by the Postal Traffic Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the German organization Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The measurement was conducted in accordance with the standard EN 13850:2023.

Within the scope of the project, the Faculty of Transport and Communications of the University of Sarajevo participated as an independent measurer for the area of the public postal operator JP BH POŠTA d.o.o. Sarajevo, ensuring objectivity and methodological consistency of the measurement process.

 

The results of the independent quality measurement of the universal postal service, provided by JP BH POŠTA d.o.o. Sarajevo, HP Mostar d.o.o. Mostar, and Pošte Srpske a.d. Banja Luka, were presented at a professional workshop held on 19 December 2025, in Sarajevo.

The project was realized in cooperation with independent measurers from the Faculty of Transport of the University of East Sarajevo – Doboj and the Faculty of Science, Mathematics, and Education of the University of Mostar.
