On 22 May 2020, the first of two half-day workshops was realized. The workshop was on the topic of Strengthening self-confidence, and the students were offered knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making techniques, and exercises were conducted to provide students with skills of self-awareness and self-compassion and setting healthy boundaries in relationships. The organizer of the workshop was Melisa Koradžija from the partner organization Krila Nade.
On 30 May 2020, the second half-day workshop on the topic of Communication was realized, and the students worked with the leader of the half-day workshop, Melisa Koradžija, on the following topics: assertive-constructive communication, non-violent communication, receiving and sending information, public speaking and active listening. The students expressed their exceptional satisfaction with the realized half-day workshops.
Students expressed satisfaction after the workshops. They pointed out that it is very important for them to understand these processes, especially when it comes to communication, because they will be more willing to enter new environments, such as the business world. They also stressed that they are happy that everything took place in a dynamic and interactive environment. The present students expressed their readiness to share the acquired knowledge with their friends and colleagues at the study, and thus disseminate the content presented during the workshops. They mentioned that they are looking forward to new meetings and also suggested topics that are important for their realization during future workshops.
The Office uses the opportunity to thank Melisa Koradžija for the well-realized half-day workshops. Special thanks go to the students for their interest and participation in the workshops. We look forward to meeting you soon at the Office.
