University of Sarajevo Hosts Meeting of the CEENQA Executive Board - Collaboration Agreement Signed between the Agency for the Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance in Bosnia and Herzegovina and MAB

The University of Sarajevo served as the host for a meeting of the Executive Board of the Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA).
Prior to the meeting, Rector of the University of Sarajevo, Prof. Dr. Tarik Zaimović, welcomed the Executive Board members and wished them a fruitful session. Through this gesture, the University of Sarajevo reaffirmed its support for the Agency in its international endeavors, having previously hosted the two-day General Assembly of CEENQA in 2012.
This occasion was also utilized for the signing of a collaboration agreement between the Agency for the Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance in Bosnia and Herzegovina and MAB (Hungarian Accreditation Committee), which was executed by the directors of the respective agencies: Prof. Dr. Enes Hašić and Dr. Peter Lakatos Levente.
CEENQA is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering cooperation among its members, with the aim of enhancing and harmonizing their activities in the fields of quality assurance and the quality of higher education.
CEENQA comprises 46 member agencies from 28 countries, spanning Central and Eastern Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, Central Asia, and the Caucasus, with its headquarters located in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The CEENQA Executive Board consists of eight members, with Dr. Vesna Dodiković Jurković serving as the Chair, who is the Deputy Director of the Agency for Science and Higher Education in Croatia. Benjamin Muhamedbegović, Assistant Director of the Agency for the Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is also a member of the Executive Board and the organizer of today's meeting.”
