The Minister of Science, Higher Education and Youth of the KS visited the Academy of Fine Arts, University of Sarajevo

Minister for Science, Higher Education and Youth KS, Prof. Dr. Adna Mesihović visited the Academy of Fine Arts, University of Sarajevo with her colleagues.

The Minister said that her intention was to visit all higher education institutions in the Sarajevo Canton and learn about the challenges and good practices of our educational institutions.

“Mutual understanding and dialogue are tools that will help us to jointly start things from a deadlock,” she pointed out.

The topics of the meeting were diverse, the challenges faced by the Academy of Fine Arts, the minor infrastructure investments that are needed, study programs and good projects were discussed.

The Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth KS is available for support and cooperation in the future, it was pointed out.

“I hope that through the processes that go in the direction of amending the Law on Higher Education, we will find a way to enable students of the Academy of Fine Arts who did not enroll in the teaching major at the beginning of their studies to do so when enrolling in the Master's studies," Minister Mesihović stated, among other things.
