Introduction to Church's Social Doctrine - a new book published by the Catholic Faculty of Theology

In mid-February 2019, a new book was co-published, by the Faculty of Catholic Theology, University of Sarajevo and Glas Koncila from Zagreb by Dr. Sci. Zdenko Spajić - Introduction to the Church’s Social Doctrine. The author states in the introduction: "The social doctrine of the Church now constitutes a rich tradition that has been built not only from the extensive corpus of the documents of the universal and local Churches, but also from the many known and unknown movements and individual testimonies inspired by this doctrine. Likewise, the more extensive theological literature is studying and further developing the ideas of that science. The Catholic social thought contains truly one whole wealth. But the sad reality is how much this wealth is known in the Church, not only among the lay faithful but also in the leaders of the communities”
