Info Day for University of Sarajevo Researchers Held at UNSA Campus

The University of Sarajevo organized today an Information Day for researchers at the University of Sarajevo, held at the University of Sarajevo Campus. The event facilitated meetings between researchers and representatives of sub-organizational units/centers and professional services of the University, as well as gathering information that is important for their research activities, but also for various phases of their career development and advancement.

The event was realized within the project “Strengthening Services of the EURAXESS Service Center of the University of Sarajevo" and the grant "Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP): ERA TALENT (Horizon Europe)," with the activity leader being the Scientific Research Service of the University of Sarajevo.

The ERA TALENT project supports the development and improvement of services provided by the EURAXESS network (a pan-European network supporting researchers) through reform of its structure, aiming to support the career development of researchers in Europe by expanding their career paths across academic, industrial, business, public, and non-governmental sectors. Through the grant award and implementation of project activities, the University of Sarajevo has become an active member of the Researcher Careers in Academia Hub, which aims to support young researchers in the academic environment, with a particular focus on supporting women researchers. The leaders of this Hub are ETH Zurich from Switzerland and the University of Copenhagen, while other members include the University of Strasbourg, the University of Gothenburg, the University of Liège, the University of Tallinn, the Center for Research and Technology - Hellas (CERTH), the University of Iceland, OeAD, and the University of the Aegean.
