Great international recognition conferred to academician Abdulah Šarčević

The Ohrid Academy of Humanism bestowed upon Academician Abdulah Šarčević the World Award of Humanism for 2021. On the occasion of conferring this recognition, an international online conference was held on 19 January this year ”Ohrid School of Humanism from the Middle Ages to the Present in Europe and the World.” On behalf of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Conference participants were addressed by Academician Esad Duraković, Department of Humanities Secretary, stating, among other things, that he is a great admirer of the work of Academician Šarčević and that he considers this exceptional recognition Bosnia and Herzegovina and ANUBiH, whose member is academician Abdulah Šarčević.
