The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine presented the modern Institute at Stup

The University of Sarajevo Faculty of Veterinary Medicine opened another location. This time it is a modern Veterinary Institute at Stup, Ismeta Alajbegovića Šerbe St, 7. On Thursday, 4 October 2018, the Veterinary Institute briefly opened door for the public before restricted the access to the Institute due to the biosecurity requirements.
The Veterinary Institute will primarily deal with the detection and investigation of zoonoses, as well as other animal diseases and participate in zoonoses control programs for in BiH and beyond. The Institute has been equipped with the latest high tech laboratories and diagnostic equipment that will certainly contribute to the health of people and animals.
