Erasmus Student Network BiH and the University of Sarajevo presented at the fifth Network Exchange Forum in Brussels
The fifth Network Exchange Forum was held in Brussels from 8 to 12 November 2018 and brought together representatives of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) teams from almost all Europe. Bosnia and Herzegovina and the University of Sarajevo at this important gathering were represented by Medina Hadžić, president of the ESN Sarajevo local section.
Medina Hadžić presented the current work of the local section, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a cosmopolitan, multiethnic and tolerant place open to foreign students. In this way, the work of the ESN Sarajevo local section and the Bosnia and Herzegovina ESN, which so far has done much to promote their country, University, has been crowned by providing the wholehearted support to Erasmus students who decided to spend a semester or year in Sarajevo.
The significance of this event is evident from the fact that within the NETx Forum a CAPQI conference organized by the European Commission was held on the topic of professional practice for students. “We believe that this emergence of ESN BiH at the international level will greatly contribute to their further work and improvement of the quality of international student exchange, as well as the quality of studying of domestic students and members of the ESN” Medina Hadzic pointed out, and expressed her hope that the positive the trend of representation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo and Sarajevo University will continue.
