BH Rectors' Conference dedicated to teaching and numerous initiatives
The Bosnian Rectors' Conference held an online meeting on 23 November, chaired by University of Zenica Rector, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Duraković. Rectors of public universities were presented with information on the progress in Bosnia and Herzegovina's accession to CESSDA-ERIC and ESS-ERIC at the initiative of the CREDI Center.
University rectors accepted information on the implementation of teaching in the winter semester at public higher education institutions. Classes at all universities are conducted in a combined model and run in accordance with epidemiological conditions.
The Bosnian Rectors' Conference adopted a proposal for a decision to initiate the procedure for the Bosnian Rectors' Conference awarding for 2021.
As part of the University of Mostar Day on 9 December 2021, a joint Rectors' Conference of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Rectors' Assembly of the Republic of Croatia will be held in Mostar. All forms of cooperation between public universities will be considered and various experiences will be exchanged in order to strengthen mutual cooperation and assistance.
The session discussed the Implementation of Priorities for the Development of Higher Education in BiH, the US Government's call for the Fullbright Visiting Scholar Program and other issues.
