UNSA PMF Department of Physics: Published paper in The European Physical Journal D

The scientific journal The European Physical Journal D published a review scientific paper entitled “Quantum interference and imaging using intense laser fields“ co-authored by a member of the Department of Physics, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Sarajevo, Doz. Dr. Benjamin Fetić in cooperation with colleagues from Germany, Spain and South Korea. The paper is based on a presentation and discussion held by the authors at the online conference “Quantum Battles in Attoscience” held in July 2020. The paper presents a cross-section of previous discoveries in the field of interference of electronic wave packets generated by ionization of atomic and molecular targets by ultrashort laser fields, as well as opens new and old questions regarding the interpretation of results observed in experiments.
