The University of Sarajevo October and the Center for Support of Students with Disabilities of the University of East Sarajevo are invited to present the results of the project Transition of Students with Disabilities from the Faculty to the Labor Market in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro (Trans2Work).
The Trans2Work project was implemented in the period from October 2015 to October 2018 with the participation of a consortium, which consisted of 23 partner organizations (universities, employers, employment bureaus, non-governmental organizations, which support people with disabilities). The main goal of the project was to improve the quality of the transition of students with disabilities from higher education to the labor market. The outcomes of the project were presented at the Virtual Fair, the most important of which are: the establishment and/or revitalization of student support offices (with disabilities), learning materials in the form of books and brochures and e-learning seminars, which include sign language. The presentation of the project results provoked positive reactions from the participants, and the virtual meeting space itself opened up effective networking opportunities such as exchanging project ideas and finding partners with regard to the upcoming CBHE calls within the Erasmus+ program.
