Last night, the Monograph Ženski identiteti u muzičkom životu austrougarskog Sarajeva (Female Identities in the Music Life of Austro-Hungarian Sarajevo) by prominent Bosnian musicologist, Dr. Lane Paćuka was promoted at the Bosniak Institute - Adil Zulfikarpašić Foundation. It is a scientific monograph whose thematic focus is on the role and importance of women who have exerted a strong influence on the development of the musical life of Sarajevo of the title period. In addition to the author, recognized experts in the field of musicology and ethnomusicology, Dr. Fatima Hadžić, Dr. Jasmina Talam and Dr. Tamar Karača Beljak, who moderated the event, participated in the promotion.

The book author, Dr. Lana Paćuka, belongs to the younger generation of Bosnian musicologists and has published over 20 research papers presented at symposia and scientific conferences throughout BiH, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
