Soft skills, or in speech better known as soft skills, are non-technical skills that directly affect the quality of your work. Before that, they affect the quality of your relationship with colleagues, the way you solve problems, as well as your ability to manage time and tasks. The main advantage that this set of skills gives you is the improvement of competitiveness on the labor market.

Due to the fact that these skills are very poorly, or in some cases not studied through formal education of students in BiH, EESTEC LC Sarajevo, one of the local committees of the Association of Electrical Engineering Students in Europe, has been organizing a workshop called Soft Skills Academy Sarajevo for 9 years.

Soft Skills Academy Sarajevo is a free three-day workshop of personal and professional skills, which encourages students to develop informal skills necessary for employment and a successful career.

The workshop consists of 6 trainings that will be held by certified EESTEC soft skills trainers from various parts of Europe, and it is important to emphasize that some of the trainings will be held in English. At the end of the workshop, all participants receive a certificate and CV supplement that they can submit when applying for a job.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the Soft Skills Academy Sarajevo workshop will be held live again this year from March 26 to 28, in compliance with all prescribed epidemiological measures.
Students of all faculties in Sarajevo can apply, and a total of 40 of them who stand out with their application (motivation letter), will have the opportunity to be participants in the workshop!

EESTEC (Electrical Engineering STudents' European assoCiation) is an association of electrical engineering students in Europe. Over a number of years, 50 committees have been formed across Europe, and the committee in Sarajevo is one of the most respectable. The desire for work and changes in society was a springboard for creating and organizing numerous projects and workshops whose quality was recognized by both the students themselves and the general public.
