The Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, University of Sarajevo and Faculty of Agriculture, Ege University (Izmir, Turkey), in cooperation with the Society for Medical and Biological Engineering of BiH, and the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade organize the 30th jubilee International Scientific and Expert Agriculture and Food Industry Conference “Smart agriculture systems, answers for upcoming challenges.”

The conference will be held at the Hills Hotel, from 26-27 September 2019. 95 papers from the field of agriculture and food technology from more than six countries have been submitted. Some of the world's most famous experts from Germany, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia...

The focus of the conference is on the presentation of new technologies in agriculture and food technology that significantly improve this sector, thereby achieving better yields with a minimum use of natural resources. Only with the application of new technologies in food production can the challenges of the present be adequately addressed - the increasing need for food and the reduced amount of available natural resources.

The program of the conference will be realized through the following sections: plant production, zootechnics, new technologies in agriculture and food technology, food technology.
