At the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences (Conference Room) on Thursday, 17 October 2019, at 10:00, Prof. Dr. Antónia Teresa Zorro Nobre Macedo (Prof. Coordinator of Escola Superior Agrária to Instituto Politécnico de Beja) will deliver a lecture “Application of membrane processes in the food industry and valorization of by-products from the dairy industry.”

Professor Macedo comes from the Department of Technology and Applied Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute in Beja (Portugal). She is the coordinator of the first cycle of studies Food Science and Technology, where she teaches Dairy Technology, Separation Processes, By-products Valorization from the Food Industry.
