Meeting on the occasion of Preparation Planning of the Framework Budget Document for 2019-2021

A planning of the Framework Budget Document draft - DOB for the period 2019-2021 was the occasion of meeting between the Sarajevo Canton Minister of Finance Prof. Dr. Jasmin Halebić and UNSA Vice-Rector for Finances Prof. Dr. Željko Šain with UNSA organizational units finance services representatives, in the University of Sarajevo Rectorate on 26 February 2018.
"The Higher Education Act was enacted in 2017 and followed by its application in the part of the treasury business, which is why we organized this meeting with you as a key link in the creation and implementation of financial support to each of the organizational units in the overall higher education system“ Halebić pointed out.
He explained that the budgeting process is a very detailed process in the Canton that is being implemented in accordance with the Budget Law in the Federation of BiH. It is a systemic law that is valid throughout the FBiH at all levels of government, with which everyone must be harmonized, and the deadlines for certain activities, which were discussed during today's meeting, are defined in it.
There were also discussions about domestic and international projects of the University and it was said that this issue will be solved during this year, in order to prepare for the treasury business. The proposed solution will be in the spirit of creating motivation for work on domestic and international projects.
