The French sports ambassador visited the UNSA Faculty of Sports and Physical Education

On 19 October 2021, the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education, University of Sarajevo hosted the French Ambassador of Sports Mrs. Laurence Fischer, Mr. Vincent Pasquini, responsible for international cooperation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and Mr. Sylvain Rigollet, Attaché for Cooperation France in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The topic of the meeting and visit was related to the cooperation between academic and sports institutions of France and the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Sports and Physical Education. Also, one of the topics was the potential cooperation on project activities for the purpose of promoting the Olympics in Paris in 2024, as well as other educational, research, cultural and sports projects.

After this event, the delegation of the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education was a guest at the reception of Ambassador Christine Toudic at the residence of the Embassy of the Republic of France, on the occasion of the award “Knight of the Order of Arts and Literature” to Mr. Edin Numankadić.
