University of Sarajevo Faculty of Pharmacy assistant professor, Prof. Dr. Belma Pehlivanović was an invited speaker at the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) webinar “Setting goals for the decade ahead” which is focused on FIP Development Goal 2: “Strategy for early development in the career of pharmacists.”
With Dr. Sci. Belma Pehlivanović webinar speakers were: Ian Coombes (Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Australia) Asmaa Al-Haqan (National Strategies Program, Kuwait), Franciscus Cahyo Kristianto (University of Surabaya, Indonesia) and Anisha Sandhu (Monash University, Malaysia).
The aim of the webinar is to strengthen and support the pharmaceutical profession with the help of various digital tools, guidelines for monitoring and evaluation of priorities in practice, science and education. Webinar speakers are members of the profession who contribute to the promotion of the pharmaceutical profession and who hold positions in the activities of the International Pharmaceutical Federation.
Assistant Dr. Sci. Belma Pehlivanović has been appointed to two positions within FIP's structures: FIPWiSE Program Coordinator (Toolkit project development for Women in Science and Education) and Young Pharmacists Group (YPG) Liaison for the promotion of pharmaceutical scientists.
