The Ambassador of Japan to Bosnia and Herzegovina visited the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo

Ambassador of Japan to Bosnia and Herzegovina H.E. Hideyuki Sakamoto visited the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo. In an interview with Doz. Dr. Amir Duranović, Vice-Dean for Scientific Research, International Academic Work and Publishing Society, Faculty of Philosophy, the realization of the Government of Japan's support for the Faculty of Philosophy to initiate and implement a program of study of Japanese language and culture was discussed.

The visit was organized on the occasion of the completion of the Japanese Calligraphy Days program, realized at the Faculty of Philosophy from 25 to 31 January 2020. Ambassador Sakamoto presented the participants with certificates and a suitable gift. At the event were also present Japanese language and culture programs teachers and coordinators, and students attending Japanese language courses taught at the UNSA Faculty of Philosophy.
