The UNSA Student Support Office reported on the use of funds received from the Center Municipality
On 10 March 2020, the University of Sarajevo Student Support Office organized an event to report on the use of funds received from the Centar Municipality.
Head of the Student Support Office, Prof. Dr. Lejla Kafedžić pointed out that, thanks to the allocations from the Sarajevo Municipality Centar budget for 2019, University of Sarajevo Student Support Office ensured increase of accessibility and improvement of material working conditions of organizational units of the University in the amount of 6.300,00 BAM.
The stated amount of money:
a) facilitated construction and installation of a ramp in the Faculty of Law/Rectorate Hallway enabling students easy access to the Faculty Library,
b) purchase of two (2) CZUR ET16 Plus Scanners, intended for digitizing university literature for Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Political Sciences students, as well as other organizational units if needed, and
c) the acquisition of three (3) licensed Text to speech programs intended for use by the blind, ensuring more affordable study and quality education for all.
On this occasion, a handover (borrowing) of scanners and licensed speech programs by the Office to the Faculties of Law and Political Sciences was also carried out. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Hajrija Sijerčić-Čolić, Prof. Dr. Sead Turčalo, Faculty of Political Sciences Dean, Prof. Dr. Elvis Fejzić, Vice Dean for Teaching, Faculty of Political Sciences, and members of the Office's expert team and expert associate.
