The UNSA Faculty of Law concluded a Memorandum of Understanding, professional cooperation and mutual support in research in the field of security with the Federal Police Administration. The memorandum was signed by Dean, Prof. Dr. Zinka Grbo and director of the Federal Police Administration Vahidin Munjić, with the presence of Prof. Dr. Vildana Pleh, associate professor in the scientific field of Criminal Procedural Law and Emil Sućeska, spokesperson of the Federal Police Administration.
The memorandum envisages cooperation in the field of security, which is studied and scientifically and professionally verified through the teaching and scientific research activities of the UNSA Faculty of Law.
The subject of cooperation, which is governed by this Memorandum, includes modalities of mutual support in the areas of: organization and participation in trainings, seminars, workshops, exercises and other specialist training modules and other significant events in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad; carrying out student practice of UNSA Faculty of Law students in the field of criminal procedural law and criminology; expert assistance and the exchange of experts in the improvement and creation of strategic documents, and the exchange of academic and professional personnel in regular and special educational processes in which the parties participate; scientific and professional cooperation in the development of methods for assessing and analyzing security risks and threats and ways of responding to risks and threats; professional assistance in research for the needs of scientific master's and doctoral studies, which also implies the disposal of certain data in mutual interest.
