The SuperMap GIS Center was opened at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Sarajevo

The University of Sarajevo's Faculty of Civil Engineering, in collaboration with the global Chinese GIS company SuperMap, officially opened its doors to the first SuperMap GIS Center on 18 April 2024.
The successful partnership between the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the world's largest GIS company has resulted in a five-year collaboration that will contribute to the better education of students in the field of geoinformatics and the overall development of GIS technology in our region.
The SuperMap software was acquired through the Erasmus+ SmartWB project (https://www.smartwb.ucg.ac.me/), which the Faculty of Civil Engineering successfully implemented.
